Terms & Condition
The booking contract is with TT Tours and Travels. A contract is formed between us when we confirm you for our tour/hotel/other tour-related service you have chosen and receive your booking request and deposit. All correspondence regarding the booking of travel/travel services should be addressed to TT Tours and Travels.
- TT Tours and Travels Reserves the right to reschedule the itinerary based on hotel availability without changing the number of hotel days per visit or service interruption.
- Used vehicles with or without AC can only be used for non-cancellable point-to-point services. Customers are invited to follow a tour.
Payment to guarantee your reservation of contractual services, 50% must be paid in advance and the balance before the start of the trip. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid in advance based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to commence. Payment Options Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or check/cheque. All payments must be free of withholdings and deductions. Bank charges for transfers (through the issuing bank or intermediary bank) are borne by the payer. Right to change your route if necessary once your journey has started, you will continue on the confirmed route. If events or circumstances beyond our control occur, we reserve the right to modify all or part of the route to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers. Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure Policy If a tour or tour service is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons; you must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees apply from the date of receipt of the written letter and are as follows:

- 30 days before arrival: 10% of the travel fee / fee of service
- 20 to 18 days before arrival: 20% of tour/service cost.
- 14-16 days prior to arrival: 25% of travel/service fee.
- 10-8 days prior to arrival: 50% of travel/service fee.
- Within 7 days, before arrival or not, no refunds.
Please note that a minimum service charge of 10% will apply if you cancel the travel service after your booking, regardless of the cancellation mentioned above. If you cancel your trip after it has started, your refund will be limited to the amount we can refund the hoteliers we support. We are not responsible for refunds for unused hotel accommodations, transportation, missed meals, etc. Refunds Charges for unused/unused services (advance charges and cancellations) will be determined according to the cancellation policy described above, and the money will be refunded to the person who paid us. . Please note that the refund may take 2-4 weeks due to financial reasons. If the refund is sent to a credit card or bank account, a bank fee will be deducted from the refund. Our commitment and limitations please note that the government increases monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs or guide fees after the tour/service price is confirmed. In India, additional charges may also apply. TT Tours and Travels acts exclusively as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, railways and contractors providing other services and all transfer orders, receipts, contracts and tickets in We provide these services under the terms and conditions. For them all tours are sample tours to give you an idea of what to expect. The itinerary may change before or after the trip due to various factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of the participants, etc. We reserve the right to make changes at any time to ensure the safety, comfort and general well-being of participants. Our rates are based on the rates we negotiate with hotels, flights, etc. Hotels and airlines reserve the right to change rates without prior notice. In the event of a change, we may modify the rates quoted prior to the change based on hotel or airline changes. All hotel reservations are made based on hotel check-in and check-out times, unless otherwise specified in the itinerary. We are not responsible for natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment, vehicle breakdowns, weather, disease, landslides, political shutdowns or other adverse events. We will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property or anything else in connection with our accommodation, transport or other services arising directly from the activities of God, hazard, fire or disaster. Machinery or equipment breakdown, vehicle breakdown, war, civil commotion, assault, riot, theft, robbery, epidemic, health department regulations, department or conditions, breach or other matters beyond our control. No insurance policy covers expenses due to accident, death, loss due to theft or other causes. Visitors are advised to check these insurance requirements in their country. All funds and personal property are at all times at your own risk. People suffering from communicable diseases are prohibited from traveling, and if a person on the trip is found to be suffering from such diseases, they must abandon the trip and prepare to return home.
PASSPORT AND VISA a passport valid for 07 months and a valid visa are required to travel to Bhutan from overseas countries, except for citizens of Nepal and India. Both passport and visa processing are not included in the price of the trip.
Documents are required during travel.

• PASSPORT: the passenger’s passport must be valid for more than 7 months.
• 01 PASSPORT PHOTO EACH PERSON TRAVELING.
• ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR UNDER 18 YEARS.
